Looking to expand its reach in the Cosmetics business, fragrance specialist Givaudan has acquired 25% of b.kolormakeup & skincare’s shares. b.kolor is an Italian company that develops and produces luxury makeup and skincare products. According to Givaudan, “by joining forces, Givaudan Fragrance & Beauty and b.kolor will leverage their respective capabilities to provide creative and unique products and integrated solutions to customers.”

Under the terms of the agreement, Givaudan has the option—but not the obligation—to acquire a controlling stake in b.kolor after a period of three years.
